  • Primary communication: Please use the secure office line (text/call) or the patient portal for all needs.

  • Patient Portal (recommended): Use for refills, clarifications, concerns, and all clinical communication.

  • Email (rare use only): If you absolutely need to email, use jennifer@warriorrewild.com — email is not HIPAA‑secure and should not be used for clinical questions.

  • Insurance Patients (Headway): Billing is through Headway, but all communication still goes through the patient portal, not the Headway portal. LINK

  • Upload labs, medical records, and reports directly into the patient portal for fastest processing.

📅 Scheduling

  • All scheduling is now handled through Weave.

  • Self‑schedule with one click — no login required.

  • To cancel, simply send a message through the patient portal or text the office HERE.

🌱 Growth & Referrals

  • As a solo practice, we are restricted to very limited new patient openings.

  • Current patient referrals will be prioritized.
