About the Beta Program

We are accepting 40 participants for our 3-month beta program, starting in January 2025. For a total of $250, you will receive:

• Full Initial Intake: Comprehensive health evaluations (~60 min) and personalized care plans.

• Quarterly Telehealth Follow-Ups: Regular check-ins (20-30 min) to monitor your progress.

• Personalized Functional Evaluation: Including basic labs, functional labs, and tests (additional cost for labs/testing).

• Personalized Treatment Plan: Tailored recommendations including botanicals, nutraceuticals, and other supplements.

• Lifestyle Medicine: Guidance on diet, movement, sleep, and stress management.

• Direct Access to Your Practitioner: Communicate via text/email for ongoing support.

• Access to Our Educational Platform: A wealth of resources, including articles, videos, and webinars on integrative and functional health.

• Exclusive Community Membership: Join a supportive network of like-minded individuals and health experts.

• Live Community Access: Participate in live seminars with Q&A sessions from a variety of practitioners (under construction).

• Health Advocacy: Support and guidance to navigate your health journey.

Subscription Details

After the initial 3 months, you can continue to benefit from our services and community for $100 per month. This includes a 1:1 quarterly check-in with one of our providers to ensure you stay on track with your health goals.

How to Join

We are so excited to get to work with you! You will need to fill out the informed consents and make a payment to secure your spot. Spots are limited, and while you do have VIP access, they are still on a first-come, first-served basis. Act fast to secure your spot! The next step will be an email from us with access to the patient portal, some homework, and in the next week or so, we will announce when we will start scheduling your first 1:1 intake!
